NIO vehicles registered 2,818 and 2,963 insurance units in China in the first two weeks of January, respectively.
All models on the list except the ET5 and ET7 are traditional fuel models, with the BMW 3 Series coming in at No. 1 with 18,533 units.
NIO ET7 scores 91.44 percent in active safety and 88.18 percent in occupant protection.
The NIO ET5 was the ninth best-selling premium sedan in China in November, with the ET7 at No. 8.
NIO ET7 previously had a wait time of 3-5 weeks and ES7 7-9 weeks.
NIO ET7 deliveries have now started in all five European countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
The NIO ET7 has won the Technological Frontrunner award from Auto Awards Denmark, beating out rivals including the Mercedes-Benz EQS and Tesla Model Y.
